Acctim White Radio Controlled Mains Operated LED Alarm Clock with Temperature & Date 'Rialto' 71692

White plastic case with Clear LED (Liquid Crystal Display) Illuminated Arabic Numbers on black background. Mains operated, comes supplied with UK power pack included. Backup battery to retain data in the event of a power cut. Note Display, alarm, light & radio controlled signal will not function under just battery power alone.

The backup battery is simply to retain the time & alarm settings until the mains power is restored. Features the date and temperature in Centigrade or Fahrenheit. Beep alarm with snooze. Backlight has three levels of intensity - off, darker or brighter.

The MSF radio controlled signal is received from Anthorn in Cumbria and has a range of 1500km, which easily covers the whole of the UK. However, the radio controlled time signal will NOT work outside the UK. This is a UK only product.

Our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and Parcelforce.  We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same day.  Should we experience an unexpected delay we will contact you regarding the delivery.

We use Royal Mail 2nd class, Royal Mail 2nd class Signed for (Recorded Delivery), Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcelforce 48Express.  The nature of the item, its weight, its size and its value determine which service is used.

All items will be delivered to the address provided.  It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the address is both accurate and correct.

A signature may be required on delivery.

If there is nobody at home to accept delivery of your parcel when it is delivered, you should receive a ‘missed delivery’ postcard through your letterbox.  Please follow the instructions carefully as this will explain where to go to collect your parcel and the necessary documentation to take with you (usually the postcard and proof of your identification).

Uncollected parcels will be returned to us (the sender) as undelivered after 18 days.

What happens if my delivery does not arrive?

Very occasionally deliveries go wrong.  If your order does not arrive please contact us preferably by phone 01244 325834 or alternatively by email sales@rigbyjewellers.co.uk and we will try our best to resolve the situation.

Damaged Deliveries.

Rigby Jewellers make every effort to ensure each order leaves us in perfect condition.  Should your parcel arrive damaged, when signing for the delivery please sign the receipt as damaged and retain all the packaging.  Please contact us preferably by telephone on 01244 325834 or by email sales@rigbyjewellers.co.uk immediately so that we can rectify the situation for you as soon as possible.

Please ring 01244 325834 and we may be able to arrange express delivery – an additional charge may be incurred or if you wish to discuss a particular delivery method.

We offer a 14 day returns policy.Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to return items for a refund.

Essentially, all items must be returned in a new and unused condition with all labels and tags attached complete with any accessories or manuals along with the original packaging intact so that the item is in a completely re-sellable condition.You must also include a copy of the original invoice along with the reason for the refund.

Any goods returned with original packaging damaged, or in any way inferior, will not qualify for a refund.
