Q I'm not sure about the specification of an item.

Q If I order an item is it in stock?

A We try to ensure the items shown on our website are available for immediate delivery.  Occasionally, we may make a mistake and be out of stock.  You are welcome to ring and check an item is available. Tel 01244 325834 9am - 5pm Mon - Sat. 


Q I require my order as soon as possible - can you speed up the delivery.

A Please ring 01244 325834 9am - 5pm Mon - Sat without delay and we will try our best to help


Q I don't like the item I have just received what should I do?

A Sometimes things aren't quite as we expect.  No problem, please return the item and we can arrange a refund back to you.  Please help us by including a copy of your order details with the item.  We very much appreciate your help in carefully returning the item back to us in a pristine and resalable condition including the box along with the instructions as you received them.  Items that are returned in a less than perfect condition cause problems for us.


Q I wish to return an item - should I ring you first?

A Yes, please ring 01244 325834 (9am - 5pm, Mon - Sat) and we will look out for the delivery.


Q My watch, clock or item of jewellery has developed a fault - what should I do?
