One of the most significant finds of that age was the discovery of gold in the heart of Snowdonia. The volcanic eruption of Rhobell Fawr over 500 million years ago brought copper and gold from the sea. These precious metal bearing seams were eventually found, heralding the start of the Welsh gold rush. Gold was discovered at the Clogau St. David’s mine in 1854 and it became the richest and most productive gold mine in the Dolgellau gold belt. The unique pale rose-yellow tone of the gold found inside the mine is a result of the copper that had previously been mined there giving this rose cast to the mine ore.This RARE Clogau 9ct White Gold & Rose Gold detailed Jubilee pendant limited to only 65 pieces and set with a sparkling Sapphire was introduced in 2017 to commemorate Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II 65 years on the throne. Our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and Parcelforce.  We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same day.  Should we experience an unexpected delay we will contact you regarding the delivery.

We use Royal Mail 2nd class, Royal Mail 2nd class Signed for (Recorded Delivery), Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcelforce 48Express.  The nature of the item, its weight, its size and its value determine which service is used.

All items will be delivered to the address provided.  It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the address is both accurate and correct.

A signature may be required on delivery.

If there is nobody at home to accept delivery of your parcel when it is delivered, you should receive a ‘missed delivery’ postcard through your letterbox.  Please follow the instructions carefully as this will explain where to go to collect your parcel and the necessary documentation to take with you (usually the postcard and proof of your identification).

Uncollected parcels will be returned to us (the sender) as undelivered after 18 days.

What happens if my delivery does not arrive?

Very occasionally deliveries go wrong.  If your order does not arrive please contact us preferably by phone 01244 325834 or alternatively by email sales@rigbyjewellers.co.uk and we will try our best to resolve the situation.

Damaged Deliveries.

Rigby Jewellers make every effort to ensure each order leaves us in perfect condition.  Should your parcel arrive damaged, when signing for the delivery please sign the receipt as damaged and retain all the packaging.  Please contact us preferably by telephone on 01244 325834 or by email sales@rigbyjewellers.co.uk immediately so that we can rectify the situation for you as soon as possible.

Please ring 01244 325834 and we may be able to arrange express delivery – an additional charge may be incurred or if you wish to discuss a particular delivery method.

We offer a 14 day returns policy.Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to return items for a refund.

Essentially, all items must be returned in a new and unused condition with all labels and tags attached complete with any accessories or manuals along with the original packaging intact so that the item is in a completely re-sellable condition.You must also include a copy of the original invoice along with the reason for the refund.

Any goods returned with original packaging damaged, or in any way inferior, will not qualify for a refund.
