We offer a 14 day returns policy. Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to return items for a refund.
Essentially, all items must be returned in a new and unused condition with all labels and tags attached complete with any accessories or manuals along with the original packaging intact so that the item is in a completely re-sellable condition. You must also include a copy of the original invoice along with the reason for the refund.
Any goods returned with original packaging damaged, or in any way inferior, will not qualify for a refund.
