Astron gathers all the power that is needed from light absorbed through the glass front. It uses all forms of light and stores the power for later. Accurate to one second in 100,000 years as the watch is linked to the atomic clock in each GPS satellite. Includes a perpetual calendar (correct until 28/2/2100) - no need to adjust the date when there are less than 31 days in the month, it just happens automatically.
