Seiko Prospex Tuna Gents Solar Powered Divers 200m Chronograph Watch on Silicone Strap Arnie SNJ025P1
This diver’s watch is a modern re-interpretation of the Seiko world-first ‘Hybrid divers’ originally released in 1982 and named hybrid because it combines analogue and digital watch technology.
Stainless steel case and black silicone strap with traditional buckle and steel runner. Black dial with easy to see lumibrite hour markers and hands that glow strongly in the dark.
This specific model is also known as the ‘Arnie’ after the actor who wore it in the film ‘Commando’ and its watch shape is affectionately nicknamed by Seiko fans as a ‘Tuna’ – because of its larger diameter and bold shape like a tuna tin – loved for decades since its release.
Solar-powered, the watch charges from natural and electric light. The accordion-style silicone strap combines style, high durability, and comfort – a strap design invented by Seiko as a practical solution to the expansion and contraction of a diver’s wrist at different depths.
Powered by any form of light the watch is solar powered and has an operating power reserve of up to 6 months (power save mode 20 months). In addition, the movement also has a power save mode and a sleep mode which automatically activates after a period of no exposure to light or button operations. The watch features a battery level indication (BATT 1 – 10).
The movement is duo display with both analogue hands and digital display. The digital display allows for a number of additional features such as dual time, alarm, back light, stopwatch, day and date.
Water resistant to diver’s 200m specification the watch has a screw down case back, a unidirectional rotating bezel and all three buttons screw down. Suitable for scuba diving.

Our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and Parcelforce. We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same day. Should we experience an unexpected delay we will contact you regarding the delivery.
We use Royal Mail 2nd class, Royal Mail 2nd class Signed for (Recorded Delivery), Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcelforce 48Express. The nature of the item, its weight, its size and its value determine which service is used.
All items will be delivered to the address provided. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the address is both accurate and correct.
A signature may be required on delivery.
If there is nobody at home to accept delivery of your parcel when it is delivered, you should receive a ‘missed delivery’ postcard through your letterbox. Please follow the instructions carefully as this will explain where to go to collect your parcel and the necessary documentation to take with you (usually the postcard and proof of your identification).
Uncollected parcels will be returned to us (the sender) as undelivered after 18 days.
What happens if my delivery does not arrive?
Very occasionally deliveries go wrong. If your order does not arrive please contact us preferably by phone 01244 325834 or alternatively by email sales@rigbyjewellers.co.uk and we will try our best to resolve the situation.
Damaged Deliveries.
Rigby Jewellers make every effort to ensure each order leaves us in perfect condition. Should your parcel arrive damaged, when signing for the delivery please sign the receipt as damaged and retain all the packaging. Please contact us preferably by telephone on 01244 325834 or by email sales@rigbyjewellers.co.uk immediately so that we can rectify the situation for you as soon as possible.

We offer a 14 day returns policy.Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to return items for a refund.
Essentially, all items must be returned in a new and unused condition with all labels and tags attached complete with any accessories or manuals along with the original packaging intact so that the item is in a completely re-sellable condition.You must also include a copy of the original invoice along with the reason for the refund.
Any goods returned with original packaging damaged, or in any way inferior, will not qualify for a refund.
