Introducing the first GPS Solar Chronograph within the Prospex collection - the most evolved next-generation chronograph in Seiko history. With a heritage of many world-first achievements in chronograph development, the GPS Solar Speedtimer uses the latest developments in watchmaking to advance the Speedtimer legacy.
Taking inspiration from the renowned 1972 monochrome 'Panda' chronograph design, this watch features the same chronograph style as the original, as well as the iconic yellow-coloured accents, symbolising the Seiko history of timekeeping excellence and particularly in the Athletics arena. Since 1985, Seiko has been official timekeeper for major World Athletics championships, supplying timing and measurement services to more than 190 World Athletics events in every corner of the globe.
Under a dual-curved sapphire crystal glass is a dual-time display, high-speed time zone adjustment feature and a time transfer function. Around the perimeter of the black dial, this GPS Solar timepiece enhances the chronograph functionality with the addition of a chronograph scale on the inner bezel. Legibility of the stopwatch function is enhanced by designing the UTC time zone markings on the side of the bezel.
The watch is powered by the in-house 5X83 Solar GPS calibre, with the capability to measure elapsed time through its chronograph feature which can measure elapsed time up to 1/20th of a second. It is accurate to ±15 seconds per month whilst having a power reserve of 6 months at full charge and can be charged by any light source - either natural sunlight or artificial light - for convenience.
Prospex is a combination of the words 'Professional' and 'Specifications'. Seiko Prospex timepieces are designed to be practical, reliable and durable; to meet the high standards required in extreme environments for sports lovers and adventure seekers alike.

Delivery Information
Our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and Parcelforce. We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same day. Should we experience an unexpected delay we will contact you regarding the delivery.
We use Royal Mail 2nd class, Royal Mail 2nd class Signed for (Recorded Delivery), Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcelforce 48Express. The nature of the item, its weight, its size and its value determine which service is used.
All items will be delivered to the address provided. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the address is both accurate and correct.
A signature may be required on delivery.
If there is nobody at home to accept delivery of your parcel when it is delivered, you should receive a ‘missed delivery’ postcard through your letterbox. Please follow the instructions carefully as this will explain where to go to collect your parcel and the necessary documentation to take with you (usually the postcard and proof of your identification).
Uncollected parcels will be returned to us (the sender) as undelivered after 18 days.
What happens if my delivery does not arrive?
Very occasionally deliveries go wrong. If your order does not arrive please contact us preferably by phone 01244 325834 or alternatively by email sales@rigbyjewellers.co.uk and we will try our best to resolve the situation.
Damaged Deliveries.
Rigby Jewellers make every effort to ensure each order leaves us in perfect condition. Should your parcel arrive damaged, when signing for the delivery please sign the receipt as damaged and retain all the packaging. Please contact us preferably by telephone on 01244 325834 or by email sales@rigbyjewellers.co.uk immediately so that we can rectify the situation for you as soon as possible.

Returns Information
We offer a 14 day returns policy.Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to return items for a refund.
Essentially, all items must be returned in a new and unused condition with all labels and tags attached complete with any accessories or manuals along with the original packaging intact so that the item is in a completely re-sellable condition.You must also include a copy of the original invoice along with the reason for the refund.
Any goods returned with original packaging damaged, or in any way inferior, will not qualify for a refund.
